
I worked with my team to create a content strategy plan to better Teapresso Bar's customer retention rate and build more brand awareness on social platforms to gain more customers. We created personas that represented our customer demographics and which acknowledged their needs and wants. This helped us further understand what strategies we should create that would work best.
We also created email mock-ups that would be sent to the targeted customers. Addtionally, we made social media posts for (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) to attract new and retain already existing customers. The posts were about deals, coupons, promotions, new items and mesages for the holidays which made customers feel involved and want to make more purchases from the business. We created an XMPie workflow to map out how we wanted to make posts, send messages and emails towards customers.
